Project introduction
We offer a free consultation to discuss your project needs and provide us with your vision. Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements we will provide you with a proposal tailored to your project, outlining the delivery method.
Design co-ordination
We bring clarity, efficiency, and unity to the design process. By aligning architects, engineers, and specialist consultants, we ensure every element of your project works seamlessly together – on time, on budget, and on vision.
Project budgeting & scheduling
We will manage and deliver the project on schedule and within budget through careful planning, ongoing monitoring and timely adjustments.
Contractor & vendor management
All contractors we introduce are fully capable of meeting your project requirements. You will have the opportunity to meet each contractor throughout the tender process, with the final selection made by you. Alternatively, we are happy to work with your own contractors, if you already have someone in mind.
Construction oversight
We tailor our approach specifically to your project. Typically, we visit the site twice each week, providing clear, practical feedback after every visit. We also arrange fortnightly meetings with you and the contractor, ensuring good communication and steady progress throughout the build.
Rescue projects
We specialise in taking on projects that aren’t going to plan. If work has stalled, contractors have let you down, or the build simply isn’t progressing as it should, Interstellar Projects can step in to bring order and clarity.
